Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using reClip ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. reClip is developed by Pliakin Serhii ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

License

reClip is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

This license is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the App

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We may add new features, remove existing features, or change how features work. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App or its features.

Subscriptions and Payments

reClip offers both free and paid subscription options.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
  • You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the paid period
  • For App Store purchases, manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
  • For website purchases, manage your subscription via the link in your purchase confirmation email
  • Website payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the merchant of record and handles billing, taxes, and compliance

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If reClip does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • App Store purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Website purchases (Paddle): You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us through our support page. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion for documented technical issues that we are unable to resolve.
  • Renewals: If you forget to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 3 days of the charge and we will process a refund for the most recent billing period.

To request a refund, please contact us via our support form with your purchase email and order number.

Your Data

All clipboard data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your clipboard content. You are solely responsible for your data and for maintaining backups. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. For users in the United States, any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state where the Developer is located.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
